Kirk McCauley is excited to present a line of wood art from the Stratford Hall Plantation, home of Robert E. Lee and 3 generations of the Lee family. We have recently added King Nut Hickory bowls from a tree believed to date back to Lee’s time. To visit the website of Stratford Hall, click here.

MONTICELLO LINE

We now have bowls, etc. made from the second tulip poplar that was taken down in 2011. It appears that this tree was also around when Thomas Jefferson was alive. There was also a storm in 2011 that felled the Linden tree and the Sugar Maple that were in the yard of Monticello. Bowls are available from any of these trees. In 2014 tree’s from Mulberry Row were taken down and products are available from these tree’s also.
